罗汉果，陈皮，枇杷叶，鹿晗草，杏仁，桔饼，甘草等
【煮法】
将2L – 2.5L 的水煮沸，将洗清后放进沸水里，大火煮开后关小火慢煲1 小时，关火过滤，即可食用。
（可加黄糖或冰糖增添美味）

【Cooking Method】
Boil 2L-2.5Lof water.rinse all the herbs,put all the ingredients in boiling water, simmer the tea over low heat for 1 hours,the serve warm(add brown sugar as desired)
