超方便懒人药材汤包~ 【遇上】参须玉竹汤

【功效】
助于降火消暑,宁神益智(适合全家人食用)

【药材】
洋参须,无硫玉竹,无硫淮山,茯苓,红枣,杞子,元肉,无花果。

【煮法】

将 1.5L – 2L 的水煮沸,将洗清后 500g – 1kg 的肉或鸡肉和药材汤料放进沸水里,

小火炖煮 3 小时,

关火加入少许盐,即可食用。

[Yu Shang] Cooling Ginseng Root Soup

Effect

For cooling body heat, improve concentration (suitable for the whole family)

Type of Herbs

Ginseng Root, Natural Radix Polygonatum, Natural Rhizome Dioscorea, Pachyma Cocos, Red Dates, Goji Berries, Dried Longan, Dried Fig.

Cooking Method

Boil 1.5L – 2L of water. Rinse and drain all herbs to remove dust and dirt, place all ingredients (500g – 1kg meat or chicken) into boiling broil. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer the soup over low heat for 3 hours. Then serve warm. (salt to taste)
