[Yu Shang] Brazilian Mushroom Soup


Nourish liver and lung, Help to enhance immunity, Improve blood circulation.

Type of Herbs

Red dates, Natural radix polygonatum, Goji berries, Rhizome polygonati Odorati, Dried longan, Poria Cocos, Codonopsis Pilosula, Brazilian Mushroom, Astragalus propinin.

Cooking Method

Boil 1.5L – 2L of water. Rinse and drain all herbs to remove dust and dirt, place all ingredients (500g – 1kg meat or chicken) into boiling broil. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer the soup over low heat for 3 hours. Then serve warm. (salt to taste)
